the hotel had a layout i found acceptable the dining options were available
check-in felt rough it also took too long cleaning only happened every other day i had to accept it i found it annoying i expected daily cleaning

I found the room very very comfy and tidy. the staff seemed helpful. There was trash left by other guests.
i found that the sofa bed was not comfortable. it was like trying to sleep on concrete and the pillows were uncomfortable. there were no blankets, pillows or sheets for the sofa bed when i arrived.

I enjoyed my stay. The resort was easy to get around. the staff acted friendly and helpful. my family and i would love to return! the grounds were kept perfectly, and the atmosphere felt cute.
i didn't like that housekeeping rarely came by design. i expected more amenities since i paid for my stay and parking. they focused more on staffing the timeshare counter than providing housekeeping services.

the villas were nice and close to attractions. the resort is tucked away and pretty spread out. the spot overlooked the golf course with a lovely pool nearby. the location was perfect!

Pools are open from 7am-11pm daily, and this works wonderfully for families. the grounds are perfectly kept. The atmosphere is cute. there is a cafe on the lake that offered great coffee.
