We had a fantastic time at this resort! The family-friendly atmosphere made it perfect for our vacation, and the spacious rooms offered us great comfort. We loved the variety of pools, but it was a bit of a downside that our rooms weren't cleaned during our stay due to the current protocols. Nonetheless, the amenities and convenient location made up for it, and we would definitely come back!

I had a really enjoyable stay at this resort with my family. The location was perfect for visiting the parks, and our room was spacious and clean. The food options were surprisingly good, especially the steaks at the grill. However, the check-in process was a bit slow, and the lack of housekeeping service was disappointing. Despite these minor drawbacks, we had a fantastic vacation and would definitely recommend it.

My stay at Grande Vista was a mix of wonderful service and some areas needing improvement. The staff, especially May and Ethan, went above and beyond, making my experience feel special. However, I did encounter some accessibility issues that were frustrating and should be addressed. While I appreciated the beautiful landscaping and proximity to attractions, the room had a lingering odor at first. Overall, it’s a solid choice for families but could improve in certain aspects.
